Pepper Cheese Strips
Ingredients
- 4 cups of Sweet Pepper Strips, (Gielow Mfg # SB792)
- 4 tablespoons sliced ripe olives
- 4 tablespoons diced green chilies, drained
- 4 tablespoons sliced green onions
- 2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Sour cream
- mild thick & chunky salsa
Directions:
Heat oven to 400ºF.
In 9-inch pie plate, arrange Sweet Pepper Strips, (Gielow Mfg # SB792). Sprinkle with olives, chilies, onions and cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
