Dill Pickle Salsa
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Shredies®(D16)
- 1 large tomato
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Dice the tomato and discard part of the seeds.
Stir together all the rest of the ingredients.
For a spicier version:
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Shredies®(D16)
- 1 large tomato, finely diced
- 1 medium pickled Jalapeno (Z732)
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, finelychopped
- 1/3 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black
- pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients and serve.
