Jalapeno Relish


  • 2 cups pickled jalapeno peppers (Z430 or Z431)
  • 1 cup Shredies® (D160)
  • 1 tablespoon tequila
  • 1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)


Finely chop jalapenos and  onion.  Add to bowl to bowl with Shredies. Mince the garlic. Add to bowl. Mix all ingredients with tequila, dill, pepper and hot sauce.

For a twist

Add to sour cream or cream cheese for a dip or spread.
