Pepper Cheese Strips


  •     4 cups of Sweet Pepper Strips, (Gielow Mfg # SB792)
  •     4 tablespoons sliced ripe olives
  •     4 tablespoons diced green chilies, drained
  •     4 tablespoons sliced green onions
  •     2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  •     Sour cream
  •     mild thick & chunky salsa


Heat oven to 400ºF.

In 9-inch pie plate, arrange Sweet Pepper Strips, (Gielow Mfg # SB792). Sprinkle with olives, chilies, onions and cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
